We collect the information you submit through our booking and contact forms: name, company, email address, mobile phone number, event date, venue and location, expected headcount, event type, and any branding assets you provide such as logo files, brand color codes, and backdrop specifications.

We also collect photographs captured at events we are contracted to cover.

Information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and contracts, configure event branding in advance, coordinate schedules and logistics, deliver galleries to guests and hosts, and process payment.

We do not use your information for any purpose unrelated to servicing your event.

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

Mobile information is shared only with service providers that support our messaging and scheduling operations, and only to the extent required to deliver those services. Providing a mobile number is optional and is never a condition of inquiring or purchasing.

Guests access their own images through a private gallery. Galleries are individual; a guest sees only their own photographs. The event host receives the full event gallery.

Photographs are retained for a limited period after delivery and can be removed on written request from the contracting client.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as our scheduling and messaging platform, gallery delivery platform, and payment processor. These providers are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us.

We do not sell personal information.
