Terms of Service

A date is reserved once a contract is signed and the retainer is paid. The contract states the coverage tier, the hours on site, the venue and locations covered, and the schedule for each location.

Coverage across multiple locations inside one venue runs on a schedule set in advance rather than adjusted on site.

Event branding is matched to your logo, brand colors, and backdrop specifications. Those assets must be delivered ahead of the event date so branding can be configured in advance.

Branding cannot be built day of.

Payment terms follow T1 and T2 of the 8508 Production Contract. Galleries and images are released once payment is complete.

No gallery or image delivery occurs ahead of full payment.

Additional coverage or added scope requested on the day of the event is handled under the Scope Amendment process, T8 of the 8508 Production Contract.

Amended scope is priced in writing and, consistent with the payment terms above, delivery follows completed payment.

Governed by T3 of the 8508 Production Contract. Written notice is required for any cancellation. Cancellation forfeits the retainer in full. Cancellation after production has begun owes 50 percent of the remaining contract value.

Rescheduling requires written notice at least 14 days before the original date. The retainer transfers when notice lands inside that window. Rescheduled sessions must occur within 90 days of the original date or the retainer is forfeited.

If equipment fails during an event, coverage is made right under our standing Redo Guarantee.

Liability insurance is in place for event servicing. Certificates can be issued to satisfy venue requirements on request.

Standard pricing covers the Continental United States with travel included. Events in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States fall outside standard pricing and are quoted separately.
